Capital Metro Board of Directors approved the implimentation of Service Plan 2020 which according to Mayor Pro Tem Mike Martinez they can change and modify Service Plan 2020 at any time.

I found a link to a job posting for the planning department that part of the bus schedules and route changes. They are looking for people who want to get paid less the peanuts actually not being paid at all. Charity from the rich or privledged individual. 90 percent of people who go to universities are privileged as not everyone is afforded a scholarship. That's right on Capital Metro's job postings there is an UNPAID INTERSHIP. Since many people riding the bus are only high school graduates you have to have or be in a university for 4 years to qualify.

Everyone should pick just one board member to grill,

I don't choose Cowman this year, I dealt with too many peoples from real estate and they will get their britches burnt due to overbuilding besides I don't think pouring gasoline on a fire would be a priority right now.

I choose the car driver from the neighboorhood association that doesn't belive in voting rights "Norm Chafetz from Anderson Mill" He grades school papers at home for a living, makes him a healthy target for my roast.

Former Austin Mayor and one-time Democratic gubernatorial candidate Carole Keeton-Strayhorn is now taking-on Austin's main transit agency, Capital Metro, over the delays in the launch of the commuter rail service from downtown to Leander.

After the recent incident regarding a disabled individual with no arms trying to cash a check at a Bank Of America branch in Tampa, Florida you would think Capitol Metro would fully comply with a simple request of Reasonable Accomdation. According to the Bus Operator of the 392 Braker Bus Number #7074 Hispanic Female Driver with long curly black hair who is under Veiola's contractor with Capitol Metro thinks that she doesn't not have to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. It all started at exactly 4:24pm when boarding at the Pavillon Park N Ride on Research Blvd and Oak Knoll.

Capitol Metro's mismangement spans long before Fred Gilliam's tenure. An interesting read and study by the State Comptroller of Public Accounts.

Back then the fares for UT students were free. Look at the Downtown Dillo numbers on their chart. I believe this report was done by an independent state auditor.

After blowing the money away on rail capitol metro for years has put passengers with disabilites or mobility impairments last.
