The Austin Children's Museum's new exhibit All Systems Go, opening Sept. 27, will offer children and their families the opportunity to learn about transportation methods, energy and safety.
Children will be able to pretend to ride or operate the kid-sized MetroRail train, repair a life-sized bus complete with giant foam tires in the Maintenance & Operations Center, communicate throughout the exhibit from the Control Center and learn the science basics of transportation in the Energy Lab.
Capital Metro and the museum will offer a fun-filled celebration on opening day, Saturday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The exhibit will last through May 30, 2009.
