The Ticket Vending Machines (TVM) will give CHANGE in the form of an electronic charge card that is valid ONLY for purchasing additional tickets or passes on ticket vending machines and is valid for 15 days from original date of issue. WHERE is the Ticket Vending Machine at the North Lamar Transit Center, Tech Ridge Park and Ride, or other major BUS points? At the VERY LEAST the fareboxes on the buses SHOULD PROVIDE CHANGE in the same way that the Metro Rail will. More bennefits for those WEALTHY WHITE FOLKS! Can you say "Discrimination"?
