I was on route 383 yesterday during the rain. The buses have LEAKS. The driver called dispatch and got a tradeout. As it turns out, the new bus also leaked. Startran ALWAYS gets the brand new buses and Veolia and First Transit get the left overs (more likely to break down or have leaks).
When a bus is KNOWN to leak, then Capital Metro should give Veolia and First Transit another bus to replace it, and "retire" the bus that has the leak.
