I just filed papers at the Federal Courthouse Friday afternoon after having lunch at Frank and Angie's.

The 10 page complaint alleges mutiple counts of Civil Rights violations, including ADA issues, Fraud, Breach Of Contract, and Proportionate Responsibility (also known as Negligence)

Capital Metro has ignored the public for way to long and it is now to put them in their place, a place where they accept all responsibility for their actions and make good on their promises.
